  • Steam ID and profile information — your Steam display name, avatar URL, and Steam 64-bit ID.
  • Discord information (optional) — if you link your Discord account, we store your Discord ID and username for rank synchronisation.

We do not collect your email address, real name, password, or any payment information directly. Premium subscriptions are processed through PayPal and we do not store payment details.

2. Information Generated Through Use

As you use ScrimFlash, we generate and store:

  • Match history, statistics, ELO ratings, and leaderboard rankings.
  • Lobby chat messages (subject to content filtering).
  • Virtual inventory items (skins, coins, case openings).
  • Friend lists and party membership.
  • Reports, warnings, and moderation actions.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the ScrimFlash matchmaking platform.
  • To maintain leaderboards, match history, and player statistics.
  • To moderate content and enforce our terms of service.
  • To sync your rank to Discord via our bot.
  • To manage your virtual inventory and coin economy.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your Steam profile information and match statistics are visible to other ScrimFlash users through profiles, leaderboards, and match pages.

Your data is stored on secured servers located in Europe. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
