1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScrimFlash, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account and Eligibility

  • You must have a valid Steam account to use ScrimFlash.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not share your account or use another person's account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or any form of unfair advantage on ScrimFlash servers.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Use racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise hateful language.
  • Spam, flood, or disrupt lobbies, chat, or matches.
  • Intentionally leave matches, grief, or throw games.
  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate rankings.
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or attack the platform.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

ScrimFlash reserves the right to:

  • Issue warnings, cooldowns, or permanent bans for violations of these terms.
  • Filter and moderate chat content automatically and manually.
  • Remove or modify any user-generated content.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Moderation decisions are final. Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent bans.

5. Virtual Economy

  • Coins, skins, cases, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
  • Virtual items are for use on ScrimFlash servers only and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the platform.
  • We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual items and balances at any time.
  • Attempting to exploit the economy system (e.g. coin duplication, trade manipulation) is a bannable offence.

6. Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly through PayPal.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled according to PayPal's refund policies.
  • Premium benefits may change over time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes.

7. Intellectual Property

ScrimFlash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScrimFlash. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a trademark of Valve Corporation. ScrimFlash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Valve Corporation.

8. Availability

We aim to keep ScrimFlash available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take servers offline for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

ScrimFlash is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, virtual items, rankings, or other damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ScrimFlash after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord server.
